This is a wonderful vintage silk twill scarf featuring an abstract or modernist print that appears to feature the letter A within a circle, which is the symbol for anarchy.  The A within a circle symbol pre-dates the punk movement of the 1970s, during which time it gained popularity - I believe that this scarf dates to the 1960s.  It almost looks like the letters R and T are incorporated, spelling out “Art”, but this is subject to interpretation as the design is rather abstract.

Condition:  It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, staining or odour.  This scarf has been very well kept over the years.
